Driftside provides development, design and maintenance of websites for businesses in Norway.

Standard websites are offered from 9,900 NOK, and maintenance is offered from 790 NOK per month. Final scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins.

Work beyond the agreed scope, such as extra pages, booking, multiple languages, advanced functions, SEO work, copywriting, logo/branding, integrations and marketing, is priced separately by agreement.

The customer is responsible for providing correct text, images, logo and other content, and for holding the necessary rights to use this content.

Driftside is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete content provided by the customer.

Payment can be made by invoice, Vipps or card by agreement.

Payment terms, due dates and any installments are agreed in writing before work starts.

The number of revision rounds is agreed as part of the scope before work starts. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are priced separately.

The maintenance agreement includes hosting, security updates and minor changes to text and images. Larger changes or new features are agreed and priced separately.

Notice period and any minimum commitment period for the maintenance agreement are agreed in writing as part of the customer agreement.

Driftside delivers services to the best of its ability but cannot guarantee that the website will be free of errors at all times. Driftside is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

Terms for termination and ending the customer relationship, including handover of the website and content, are agreed as part of the customer agreement.
