1. Business customers
Driftside's services are primarily aimed at businesses. Business customers (B2B) normally do not have a statutory right of withdrawal in the way consumers do under the Norwegian Cancellation Act. Any cancellation for business customers is governed by the agreement between the parties.
2. Consumers
If you purchase as a consumer and the agreement is entered into by distance selling or outside fixed business premises, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act, where the law applies.
3. Work started before the withdrawal period expires
If you request that work starts before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you may, where permitted by law, be required to pay for work already performed if you later exercise the right of withdrawal.
4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, give clear notice within the deadline by email kontakt@driftside.no or phone +47 96758500.
